本示例功能：使用RCU单元，生成不同总线的时钟，并输出PCLK。

测试步骤：
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
1) 编译工程，编译通过后将程序下载到目标芯片；
2) 将程序配置的MCO对应的引脚连接至ESBridge相应管脚，观察PCLK 128分频后输出的波形；
3) ESBridge通过USB线缆连接PC，打开上位机软件，“设备操作”选项里选择“打开”；
4) 上位机切换到逻辑笔标签页，勾选相应通道，选择“开始”；
5) 在线调试，将g_sysclk、g_hclk、g_pclk加入Watch Window，运行程序；

2) SYSCLK:        PLL        = 72MHz
3) HCLK:          SYSCLK / 8 = 9MHz
