本示例功能：
(1).使用T32N对IO进行电平捕捉，间接换算得到IO的频率。
(2).本例程是32Bit的定时器，定时器的频率为1M。
(3).对应输入0和输入1，获取的count的值分别为mate0和mate1，若不使能load功能，每次采集到
的输入信号后，count值不会清0，如果使能后，获取到count就会清0，方便计算频率。

测试步骤：
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------->
(1) 编译工程，编译通过后将程序下载到目标芯片。
(2) 将程序配置成T32N capture模式，初始化T32N。
(3) ESBridge通过USB线缆连接PC，打开上位机软件，“设备操作”选项里选择“打开”。
(4) 将ESBridge的PWM打开，输出PWM到芯片。
(5) 打开串口，等待接收Log日志。
